Saturday November 25th, 202

3pm-7pm

$200 fee includes your tent

Each vendor will be provided a 10 ft by 10 ft space, with a tent provided. Anything you choose to bring must fit in this 10ft by 10ft space.

Each vendor must bring their own table and chairs.

Your tent is included in the fee.

The cost for artisan vendors is $200 + HST. Artisan vendors include those who make and sell their handmade products.

If you are a general merchant, please let us know in the application as different pricing applies.

Vendors are welcome to share a tent space with another vendor and split the vendor fee. Please be sure to have both businesses fill out an application form to be approved.

Get ready for lights, Santa, train rides, vendors, food trucks and so much more! This is an outdoor magical Christmas experience for the family! We cannot wait to see you there!

I understand that I cannot, under any circumstances share my table with another vendor if they do not fill out the application and get approval first. I understand that I cannot sell another vendors products. Failure to comply with this will result in being asked to leave without a refund.

FOOD VENDORS ONLY: I understand that I am required to follow government food and safety guidelines and a copy of my report could be requested by Public Health. Failing to provide my certification upon request could result in a fine against my busniess from Public Health

I understand that 1. My spot will not be held until my fee is paid. 2. that respect is mandatory to participate in the market. 3. that if I am causing concerns or issues, being disrespectful or non cooperative, I may be asked to leave without a refund. 4. that the location is subject to change. 5. I need to be set-up at the start time of the market and ready for the community, in order to attend. 6. That I am required to stay for the full duration of the market. If I choose to pack up early, I cannot lower or dismantle my tent until the market is complete and leaving early may result in not being welcome back at future events.

I understand that 1. So long as the market is running and I have paid my vendor fee, my vendor fee is non-refundable 2. Peace of Healing Markets will try to limit vendors who solely sell the same product line/style. Peace of Healing Markets will try to not have overlap, however I understand there could be a similarity/overlap with products at times. 3. I will receive setup instructions to the email provided closer to the market date. If I do not follow the instructions given, I undertand that this may result in forfeiture of my place in the market and table.

I understand that 1. The market is non-refundable 2. I am responsible for set up and take down of my booth 3. Peace of Healing Markets is not responsible for lost or stolen items 4. I allow the organizers to use my photos and logo to promote this and upcoming markets 5. Each vendor is responsible for their own individual expenses for set-up and the operation of their booth including their own liability insurance. 6. This application document is legally binding

I understand that 1. Tents will be provided. Each vendor will receive a 10 ft by 10 ft space. All products for sale and/or services promoted must be cleared and authorized first.2. Peace of Healing Markets does not make any commission from the vendors sales. 100% of the vendor sales, go to the vendors. 3. The event is rain or shine. .4. Booth selection is made prior to the market and is at random.
