Market Rules and Guidlines

  1. Outdoor markets and festivals are rain or shine. If there happens to be lightening, this is an act of god that may be unsafe and lead to cancellation of the event. In this case, there are no refunds but we always do our best to accommodate on a new date if it is possible

  2. All events are non refundable

  3. Vendors are welcome to share a tent space with another vendor and split the vendor fee. Please be sure to have both businesses fill out an application form to be approved

  4.  The organizers will not provide tents, tables or chairs, unless otherwise stated. Vendors need to be set-up at the start time of the market and ready for the community, in order to attend. Vendors are required to stay for the full duration of the market. If they  choose to pack up early, they may not be welcome back at future events. If vendors decide to leave early, tents will not be able to be dismantled until the completion of the market to ensure everyone's safety.

  5. FOOD VENDORS ONLY: food vendors are required to follow government food and safety guidelines and a copy of the report could be requested by Public Health. Failing to provide the certification upon request could result in a fine against the food vendors business from Public Health

  6. Vendor spaces will not be held until the fee is paid

  7. Respect is mandatory to participate in any market or festival. If any vendor is causing concerns or issues, being disrespectful or non cooperative, they may be asked to leave without a refund

  8. All products for sale and/or services promoted must be cleared and authorized first

  9.  Peace of Healing Markets does not make any commission from the vendor's sales. 100% of the vendor sales go to the vendors.

  10. Booth selection is at random by the organizer

  11. To avoid politics, flags of any and all kinds are prohibited (ie: national flags, pandemic/Trudeau flags, religious flags, pride flags etc). This is strictly to keep the markets cohesive and allow for the entire community to feel welcome. We respect everyone's stances and your right to individual opinions. At larger events such as festivals, we do not usually prohibit flags, as long as they are respectful.

  12. Vendors can only share with one other vendor (2 vendors per tent, you cannot welcome other vendors), vendors can only sell what is listed and approved in the application and both vendors must attend for the same dates. Failure to follow this will result in being asked to leave without a refund and you will not be welcome back for future events

  13. Information emails get sent prior to the event. It is imperative that vendors take time to read the details prior to the event to ensure they are prepared

  14. At the start of each event, vendors must check in with the organizer prior to setting up, to receive guidance on how and where to set their tent up
